We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can create a better future.
Farther Together is a federally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting immigrants, refugees, and underserved community members. We believe that people are more successful when they have the knowledge, connections, and support they need to build individual stability and participate fully in their communities.
Who we Serve:
We primarily serve immigrants and refugees, including individuals and families who may face language, cultural, economic, or other barriers to accessing services and opportunities.
Geographic Area:
Farther Together serves communities in Oregon and Southwest Washington, with a primary focus on the Portland metropolitan area.
